In my other life away from the virtual world, I have been an ophthalmologist, however I also did emergency medicine back in the last century. Comatose patients had a differential diagnosis ranging from trauma, stroke, metabolic causes, infectious disease, and probably some others I have forgotten.
Add post-presidential- debate- delirium now to the differential diagnosis.
I also happened to catch the Annual Alfred E. Smith Memorial Dinner last night where both presidential hopefuls attended as well as
